Metal and Modular the first sustainable supplier to improve your carbon footprint

Metal and Modular, a UK Designer and Manufacturer based in Northamptonshire is a brand new exhibitor for EHS 2022.

Making robust equipment for over 7 years, Metal and Modular will be bringing along its newest innovations in ECO Technologies for the Construction Industry.

The UK Building Construction Sector accounts for 45% of total Carbon Emissions. With the government’s climate change commitment to cut CO2 levels by 2035 you have an important role to play in helping your industry to become more environmentally friendly.

In three key areas, Metal and Modular has changed the way manufacturing has always been done and has turned traditional manufacturing methods on its head, enabling you to demonstrate your use of sustainable and ethical products on your next construction project.

SURELOCK PRO

Using a pioneering ECO Technology in design and manufacturing process they have called SureLock Pro, welding has been reduced by up to 85% together with all the toxic gas etc that welding entails.  All main lines have been updated producing a range of strong and secure Vaults, Cabinets, Benches and Cutting Stations which Metal and Modular is delighted to be bringing to the show.

 AUTOBRAKED RANGE

The company's Autobraked material handling trolleys ensure the safe handling and movement of heavy materials up to 2 tonnes around construction sites. With safety inherent throughout the design and manufacturing process, manual lifting and handling just became a whole lot easier with reduced fatigue, reduction in MSD’s and ultimately increased productivity.

NAVIGATOR 6

Finally, Metal and Modular will be launching The Navigator 6, the first push around mechanically operated platform to reach a working height of 6 metres.  The Navigator 6 is a game-changer for the construction industry.  Metal and Modular has designed a robust and unique product that has built-in safety features in line with BSEN 280.

Innovation is at the forefront of everything the company does.  Listening to its customers, who are invariably more knowledgeable about the challenges and frustrations they face on-site, allows Metal and Modular to design products that are best in class.
