HireHop Equipment Rental Management Software releases a lot of new features and updates

HireHop will be showcasing lots of new features and presenting demonstrations of the software at the upcoming Executive Hire Show.

The HireHop team has reported that they have been working hard to bring out powerful new features and updates for the past year, with excellent feedback from end users.
Some of HireHop’s New Features:

Route Planner
● This feature enables users to plan deliveries, collections, or other transport requests in Jobs.
● Assign them to your own vehicles or even temporary rented ones.
● Monitor vehicle weights, assign drivers and assistants, visually see routes and locations on a map as well as print or email delivery and collection documents.

Driver App
● Drivers can see the routes planned for them using the route planner in the new Driver App!
● It can be used on any device including mobile phones, via a web browser.
● The Driver App allows drivers to take signatures, upload photos and notes, and visually view their routes directly in the app or via the integration with Google Maps.

Maintenance App
This new mobile-friendly module brings a streamlined way to manage repairs, maintenance, tests/services and more. Assign and manage users jobs and tasks, track the status of repairs and even log tests/services in bulk via an easy-to-use interface.

Estimated Costs
This new feature enables users to add an estimated cost for hire, labour and custom items, which will automatically apply when purchase orders are created.

HireHop saves the most recent cost for items that were previously sub-hired, per supplier,
which is applied to a PO if this differs to the estimated cost.

Estimated costs, as well as approved and unapproved costs from POs, now appear on the
Profit and Margins screen available from the Job or Project menu.

Second Level Of Pre-Prep
By popular request, HireHop has added an additional level of pre-prep to save users even more time when building a job! For example, users are now able to prep a box within a box.
