From the 27^th of January, government COVID regulations will be lifted, however, your health and safety is still our biggest concern and we are committed to ensuring the Executive Hire Show can run in the safest way possible.

We would encourage all attendees, including visitors, exhibitors, contractors, venue and organiser staff to take a lateral flow test before entering the venue, this will ensure that people who are infected but do not have symptoms do not unknowingly pass COVID-19 on to others.

Face coverings are optional and no longer required by law, but the government suggests that people should continue to wear them in crowded and enclosed settings.

Please do not attend if:

• You show any symptoms of COVID-19 such as a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste (A list of symptoms can be found on the NHS website)

          Or

• You have recently come in contact with anyone who has COVID-19 or who is exhibiting any symptoms as detailed on the NHS website.

We will also be implementing the following safety measures to ensure you can attend our event safely and with confidence:

• Clear signage at the event to support relevant safety measures
• Enhanced venue cleaning prior to and during the exhibition
• Continuous sanitisation throughout the exhibition focusing on high-touch point areas e.g. toilets, door handles and lifts
• Hand sanitising stations provided throughout the exhibition
• Hygiene reminders to regularly wash hands will be in place throughout the venue
• Safer payments – contactless payments will be encouraged throughout via card or phone, with an email receipt wherever possible
• Well ventilated venue
