Hares Hire Services, Romford
On Tuesday, I called in to see Daren & David Hare, of Hares Hire. Both Daren and David are staunch supporters of the Executive Hire Show, be it the Roadshows or the main event at Coventry. They can’t recall ever missing an event!
It is such an important event for their business that they stay overnight, enjoy the Passionate Hirer awards ceremony, and have the chance to socialise informally with hirers and suppliers alike.
During the show, they like to see what’s available and take advantage of any show deals for fleets they’re looking to replace or new categories they may – or may not – have had their eyes on.
They’re definitely looking forward to the event!
Tiptree Hire Centre, Tiptree
I met with John Leavett, Hire Manager at the Tiptree Hire Centre, which is based within Tiptree Building Supplies. John is really looking forward to the show. Over recent years, they’ve looked a little more at Eco products, and machines which require a little less maintenance; investing heavily last year in the Altrad Belle 82v E+ range of equipment, including the DC300E+ cut-off saw, Minimix 150E+, and PCLX32 E+ plate compactor.
John always has in his mind any potential purchases, and any show deals certainly help him make a decision.
The highlight of the show for John is visiting his favourite suppliers' stand (Daniel Pinder, Stand G11, Altrad Belle), though this information he’s sworn us to secrecy on!
