AJ Power will be exhibiting at this year’s Executive Hire Show, where visitors can see the latest developments in reliable, low-emission power solutions at stand J21.
A globally recognised provider of engineered power solutions, AJ Power has designed and manufactured more than 40,000 diesel generators over the past 23 years at its 147,000 sq. ft. UK manufacturing facility. At this year’s show, the company will unveil its UK-manufactured Stage V diesel generators alongside its Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), developed to deliver high performance, ultra-low emissions, improved fuel efficiency and maximum uptime for rental fleets.
AJ Power’s Stage V range features AGCO 4.9L and 7.4L engines, manufactured in Finland and paired with Proventia’s advanced aftertreatment system. Together, this combination delivers a reliable, efficient and user-friendly solution that meets the strict requirements of Stage V legislation while remaining well suited to the demands of hire applications.
The 200 kVA and 125 kVA gensets are optimised for fuel efficiency, helping to reduce running costs and extend refuelling intervals. AGCO engines also offer extended oil-change intervals of up to 700 hours, while the Proventia aftertreatment system enables DPF regeneration without the need for special tools or load banks. The result is a durable, responsive and low-maintenance solution designed for challenging environments.
Also on display will be AJ Power’s QT (Quietude) Battery Energy Storage Systems, representing the next generation of ultra-quiet, emissions-free power. Designed for applications requiring a stable UPS or variable demand, the QT range supports charging from renewable sources, the grid or a generator, with both single-phase and three-phase compatibility. When paired with a generator, the system operates intelligently, running the generator only when required to recharge the battery, reducing fuel use, lowering emissions, cutting maintenance requirements and delivering significant cost savings.
