Rouse uses actual rental invoices and daily fleet snapshots from over 270 hire companies across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom to provide companies with comparisons of their rental rates, utilisation, and other key performance metrics to industry benchmarks by Cat Class specific to each market they operate in.
Rouse has been providing appraisal services to leading hire companies in the UK for over a decade. Several leading hire companies in the UK are participating in the launch including Sunbelt Rentals, Riwal, AFI Uplift, Explore Transport, and Briggs Equipment.
“Rouse has been a long-term partner of AFI since our move to ABL banking in 2013. Throughout this time their industry knowledge, experience and know-how has provided AFI with important information to manage our assets successfully. We are looking forward to working with them on their UK Benchmarking service” said David McNicholas, CEO, AFI Group.
Participating hire companies receive a free 60-day trial with unlimited access to Rouse’s online reporting portal and mobile app. High-level reporting on utilisation and rate performance is complimentary for all participants.
Rouse seamlessly integrates with over 40 of the most common software platforms, including InspHire, ECi M1, MCS, and Syrinx. All client information is transmitted via secure (encrypted) file transfer protocol to Rouse servers in a secure data center with little to no IT resources required
