Manitou (stand, C20 in Hall 1) will feature four machines from its extensive range of equipment.

Manitou (stand, C20 in Hall 1) will feature four machines from its extensive range of equipment at the forthcoming Executive Hire Show which is taking place at its established home at the Ricoh Arena Coventry 5-6 February 2020.

According to Manitou, the popular Manitou MT 625 compact telehandler is ideal for sites with limited space in diverse applications from builders’ merchants to house building sites. The MT 625 H has a lifting capacity of 2.5 tonnes, with a max lifting height of 5.85 m.

Its 56 kW engine allows the machine to travel at up to 25 km/h. The 90 litre/min gear pump allows simultaneous movement of the boom and the telescope for increased productivity. The wide opening bonnet improves the convenience of regular maintenance routines. Intuitive controls, a comfortable cab and excellent all-round visibility make MT 625 a favourite with operators.

Articulated loaders are now a popular alternative to a conventional telehandler in many applications
and Manitou offers a choice of models.

The Manitou MLA-3-35H, on show at EHS, is a 2.6 tonne compact machine, at just 3.35 metres in length with a working width of 1.1 metres. With hydrostatic drive, for operator convenience, and powered by a reliable and economic 35 kW Yanmar engine the MLA-3-35H has a full turn tipping load (FTTL) of 909 kg and a pin height of 2.86 metres.

The Manitou MC 25-4 is a compact semi-rough terrain, masted truck, with 4-wheel drive. It has a
working capacity 2,500 kg and an overall height of less than two-metres making it ideal for a number of demanding applications in restricted spaces. Operator convenience is maximised by the use of a 4-
cylinder diesel engine driving a hydrostatic transmission. A wide range and masts and carriages,
including side-shift, are available to suit any application.

The Manitou 100 VJR is a vertical platform with a capacity of 200 kg and a working height of
up to 9.9 metres. It’s an excellent choice for maintenance operations, indoors or outdoors, on
stable ground. Passing through doors and access to narrow spaces is made easy due to its
compact dimensions.

The pendular arm, which enables rotation of +/- 70°, and the turret, which can rotate around
355°, make it one of the stars of the market. Operators appreciate its comfort, flexibility, and
its horizontal outreach of more than 3 meters. Its mast technology with telescopic tubes
guarantees a low-level of maintenance.

Two interactive ‘pods’ will show visitors the many benefits of Manitou ‘connected machines’
and machine management Apps. Experts from Manitou Finance will be on-hand throughout
the 2-day show to give visitors advice and information about the many competitive end-user
finance schemes available.
