These awards celebrate outstanding contributions to the hire industry, with finalists personally visited and shortlisted by Steve McKenzie and his dedicated team from HSC, who travelled the length and breadth of the country to assess hire depots in person. The finalists were scrutinised across a range of criteria, including customer presentation and welcome, staff expertise, efficiency, fleet quality and cleanliness, marketing efforts, and innovative practices.
