Passionate Hirer Awards Celebrate Success

The Passionate Hirer awards bring together exhibitors and high-level industry executives to celebrate success, passion and innovation. They help to shine a spotlight on the sector, with up to 500 guests in attendance, joining together to raise a glass to achievement and celebrate success.

All entries are reviewed by our panel of independent judges and scrutinised in a range of criteria, including:

  • Presentation and welcome
  • Staff knowledge and enthusiasm
  • Efficiency in handling orders and enquiries
  • Cleanliness and quality of fleet
  • Marketing and outreach activities
  • and notable innovations.

Brand new for 2026, the Passionate Hirer Awards will be hosted by a special celebrity guest host (to be revealed in the run-up to the show).

The 2026 Award Categories

Single Depot Award

The Single Depot Hire award looks at all of the depots from across the UK and Ireland and chooses the best one to award.

Judges look at everything from customer service to product range and general reputation, with the winner being presented with the award by the category sponsor at the 2026 Passionate Hirer Awards.

Multi Depot Award

The Multi Depot Hire award looks at all of the depots from across the UK and Ireland and selects one outstanding company.

Judges look at everything from general reputation across all branches to product range and customer service, with the winner being presented with the award at the event.

Long Service Award

Long service and dedication to the sector should be something that we celebrate, and as such, we have decided to create a brand new award for the Passionate Hirer Awards.

The Long Service Award will be presented to the person who has made the greatest contribution to the sector.
