Once again, inspHire will be exhibiting at the Executive Hire Show and the company is looking forward to showing off the new features they’ve been working on recently. Managing Director, Graham Dobbs said “We’ve attended every Executive Hire Show to date and we’re back again in 2017. Having worked incredibly hard since last year’s show we’ve got a range of new features to demonstrate. We’re particularly excited to introduce our new Routing Functionality as well as features we’ve added to inspHire Mobile and our Web Portal”.

Another helpful feature of Web Portal allows customers to extend their hire contract and request collection when they have finished with the equipment.

Exciting enhancements to inspHire’s Customer Web Portal allows hire businesses customers to self-serve 24/7, on a personalised, web based platform that can be accessed on a variety of devices including tablets and phones. Customers will have the ability to request hire of equipment through a product catalogue and access all of their historical orders as well as, view technical specifications of equipment and any test certificates. Another helpful feature of Web Portal allows customers to extend their hire contract and request collection when they have finished with the equipment. Giving customers access to this useful information means customer service will improve, better customer service will ensure business have happier, more loyal customers.

inspHire Mobile linking to our existing hire Daybook functionality, is a brand new enhancement that is going to be launched at Executive Hire Show. The new integration makes the organisation and execution of deliveries and collections incredibly easy and much more efficient. It will also improve transport management by giving drivers access to their daily schedule via a mobile or tablet. Also, the improved Daybook functionality now integrates with Google Maps which making it as simple as possible to find the correct route.

Mobile technology is becoming a must-have for hire businesses, the ability to work away from the office, answer queries there and then and ensure all data is up to date allows hire businesses to work more efficiently, become more cost effective and improve their levels of customer service. Incorporating the most important, must-have features, inspHire Mobile provides users with the perfect platform to get jobs done whilst out on site; complete deliveries and collections, capture signatures, photos and geo location stamps, carry out and sign off workshop job as well as adding to and emending contracts. Using a 3G, 4G or WIFI connection inspHire Mobile will update the core system instantly, meaning all data is kept up to date with employees and customers being provided with accurate information.

inspHire’s New Routing Functionality is designed to improve the time and cost efficiency of service runs by planning and creating routes for drivers and engineers. At the click of a button, inspHire will calculate the travel time between sites and estimate how long each service will take, from this data inspHire can process the most efficient route which the operator will then be able to see on a map. This exciting new functionality works like a multi-drop system for a delivery driver, giving operators the ability to confirm when equipment has been serviced along the way. If a new service is added in during the day inspHire will acknowledge this and recalculate the most efficient route.

See this exciting new functionality as well as the rest of inspHire’s impressive product portfolio in action on Stand B112 at The Executive Hire. They will be providing tailored demonstrations, as well as offering free 1-2-1 customer classrooms! Plus, they’re offering an exclusive ‘Show Only Deal’ to visitors, so be sure not to miss out!
