The final countdown has begun for the 2012 Executive Hire Show. There are only days to go before the premier hire event opens its doors to the top decision makers in the hire industry. This year is one show you really can’t afford to miss – it’s the only small plant and tool show in the 2012 calendar and has all but sold out of 6600. metres of exhibition space, including a brand new Top Tier There are 132 exhibitors and more new products to see than ever before. The EHS team has put together 60 reasons why missing the EHS this year – you’ll be missing out! In the run up to the show – there’ll be ten exhibitors featured every day – here are day two’s top ten!
11) DEWALT will launch several new ranges of tools to meet the needs of the Hire Industry. The expansion of the innovative XR Li-Ion range will be previewed at the show. DEWALT is so confident of the new XR Li-Ion range that it is providing a 3 year warranty.
12) DURO UK is launching the new DURO HDF – High Density Forged – range of diamond blades. The HDF range of blades are considered the safest on the market today. Other new products will include the all new CUT N GRIND product & MULTI-USE Blades. Special show promotions will be available on the stand!
13) Euro Towers will be introducing the company’s new Step Fold Podium. Other products will also be on display including the Classic Ladder Fame Tower showing both the 3T method of erection, and their Advanced Guard Rail method.
14) Gantic AS, will be presenting its revolutionary range of GantiCharger battery chargers, which Gantic say is the first true innovation in battery charging technology for many years.
15) Geko Engineering, following extensive testing and with special focus on the hire industry, introduced their new “Stump Beaver” tree stump grinder attachment which is suitable for use with most micro and mini diggers. Geko Engineering are excited and proud to be exhibiting their new – Made in UK- product at the EHS show.
16) Genquip/Groundhog are launching five products at this year’s Show. The GP360 Fusion+ Range offers environmental benefits and savings whilst maintaining the ease of use and robustness of its partner the GP360. SW6100 Fusion+ static range will also be launched giving users an exceptional build quality along with facilities all site operatives demand. Look out too for the GuardHog, the Hoglift 2 and the Hogloo15 effluent waste management system.
17) Global Plant is launching their new PVG12V-84 compact screener. The new machine is a 12 volt powered portable vibratory screener which will screen up to 20 m3 per hour. This screener is lightweight, portable and designed to be easily moved and operated with a skid steer, bucket tractor, backhoe, compact loader and small excavators.
18) Hilti is showing its new range of optical measuring tools and revolutionary PS 1000 X-Scan.
19) HAE, in partnership with HSE, are presenting demonstrations on effective PPE to eliminate the dangers of Dust and Noise and Vibration. On the second day of the show, Thursday 9 February 2012, in the Jaguar Suite of the Ricoh Arena, demonstrations and presentations will take place to encourage passionate hirers to recommend and promote the correct PPE to their customers when hiring equipment. The demonstrations and presentations will take place between 11.30 am and 1.00 pm and will be followed by a free, buffet lunch.
