Louise Murphy is once again on board with the Executive Hire Show team and will be providing PR support for the show, keeping visitors to the web site up to date with the very latest news from the event, including new product launches, new innovations and what not to miss at the 6th Annual Hire Event - the number one destination for hire professionals.

Veteran Executive Hire Show exhibitor, Makita can rightly claim to be one of the leading professional power tool manufacturers, with over 450 tools in their extensive portfolio designed to meet the demanding requirements of the hire industry. The company is back at the show once again.

There's more to Makita than just tools. Safety Solutions at the EHS

Visitors to the Makita stand D25 can experience the comprehensive Solutions Safety Training package, which has been prepared in a series of easy but effective presentations, in no less than seven languages – all delivered on a memory stick that can run from any PC or laptop in any workplace environment.  Makita’s Solutions package also offers fully accredited training initiatives covering the important health and safety issues of Vibration Awareness, Correct Safe & Use and Dust Management.

Visitors will also see the recently introduced L class approved dust extractors with 20L and 35L capacity containers, powered by a 1,100w motor, in 240v or 110v modes, which are equipped with the washable PET filter that gives 3000cm² of filtration surface.  Both models have a power take-off point enabling coupling to Makita power tools which, when operated, automatically start the dust extraction unit to protect the working environment.

 

Breast Cancer Care is Makita's chosen charity.

Makita UK is also offering its continued support to its chosen charity of the year, which is Breast Cancer Care and with volume sales of the special-edition DF330D 10.8v pink charity drill driver, Makita will donate £5 for every sale of this product to help the charity with its research and support programme.
